A lot of people think that vegan meals are very time intensive and hard to cook but they are just as easy as everything else. Of course there are recipes that are complex but there are 'normal' recipes that are also very tricky.
I recently fell in love with this recipe and it seriously is so easy and only takes about 10 minutes!
All you're going to need is:
- Frozen vegetables (you can also use fresh vegetables but that would take longer)
- Olive oil
Now you just need to cook your spaghetti and roast the frozen vegetables in a wok.
When your spaghetti are ready, put them on a plate and, carefully, put some olive oil on top of them.
Then just add your vegetables and your very delicious meal is finished :)
It tastes so delicious and makes you feel quite full as well!
I really like to use olive oil instead of an actual sauce because the taste of it is amazing and it's not as heavy in your stomach :)
